Million Women Mentors will support the engagement of one million Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) mentors (male and female) to increase the interest and confidence of girls and young women to persist and succeed in STEM programs and careers. MWM is an initiative of STEMconnector in collaboration with over 65 national partners, 50 corporate sponsors, and 35 state teams.

Our two-day conference provides a great opportunity for learning, networking, and collaboration to advance the MWM movement and women and girls in STEM.

We are pleased to be featuring US Chief Technology Officer Megan Smith and Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds as keynote speakers.
