The WILD Summit attendees and participants consist of over 800 dynamic women (and a few brave men) from all walks of life, at all stages in their careers. All have unique perspectives and wisdom to share. In 2018, the WILD Summit coincides with the 25th Annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. (Not by accident.) So, for the first time, we will create a separate track for high school students this year. The WILD Summit believes that it is never too early to start fostering inspiration and empowering the next generation of female leaders, whether they are our daughters, nieces, mentees, or students.

The mission of The WILD Summit is to Inspire Leadership Development for Women.

  • To engage a broad audience who fit in every place along the continuum of age, race and experience – bringing together those who are seeking knowledge and those with a desire to share and give back.
  • To spark a conversation around relevant and provocative topics.
  • To connect successful people in the community to students, new professionals, and each other.
  • To inspire growth, understanding and action, through stories of real women, accomplishing real things, in our world.
  • To cultivate the presence of women in leadership, in lockstep with the Leeds School of Business through the ‘End the Gap by 2020’ initiative.
