The World Economic Forum estimates it will take another 268 years to close the economic gender gap globally. Pipeline™ believes differently. Our mission is to close the gender equity gap in this lifetime, once and for all. With the tools of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we believe that the question today isn’t whether or not we CAN close the gender gap – it’s whether or not we CHOOSE to close it.

The Pipeline Platform™ enables companies to realize economic gains from gender equity by using artificial intelligence and cloud computing. We are a fast-moving and action-oriented organization with a culture rooted in three core values:

  1. Bravery: We are willing to step into the unknown, fail or succeed, and get back up. We believe that bravery is where the magic happens.
  2. Enterprising: We are willing to take action, be resourceful and creative.
  3. Purpose: We serve a greater purpose than ourselves – ending the gender equity gap, once and for all.

The Pipeline Platform™ was named one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2019. Pipeline™ was also named to Fast Company’s prestigious annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2020.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the sales team. The candidate will identify and report on key indicators of sales performance and market opportunity, using those findings to inform the strategic agenda and drive projects for the sales organization, and presenting recommendations to the sales and executive leadership. Projects will include business planning, market segmentation, pipeline analysis, coverage optimization, and ongoing performance measurement. Deliverables range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis, tactical business initiatives, and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for executives.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating innovative analysis, the ability to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers as well as the energy to contribute to projects impacting and transforming the business.

Ideally, this person will have worked in a sales strategy and operations environment, management consultancy, or in a comparable environment that requires business acumen combined with analytical skills, and will feel comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis.
