We are a fast-moving, action-oriented, and values-based organization focused on creating a global movement around gender equity.Job PurposeWe are looking for a part time Technical Project Manager to be responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day activities of our tech team. You will be working closely with both business and tech team members to ensure that all initiative requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include maintaining our PM tools, preparing status reports, proactive risk mitigation and facilitating meetings in our operating cadence. Responsibilities:
Coordinating with cross discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Meeting with tech team members to identify and resolve issues, or escalate as necessary.
Maintaining JIRA to ensure appropriate usage and tracking metrics.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Coordinating the development of documentation as needed to enable successful implementation.
Implementing TechOps meeting cadence. Including capturing detailed meeting minutes and maintaining a risk, issues and action items log.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience overseeing technology resources.
Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics.
Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience with MS Office, JIRA, GSuite, and other TechOps tools.
